2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify the 77bd support team immediately. The user bears full responsibility for any loss resulting from sharing account details with a third party.

3.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at 77bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits through third parties are not accepted and such transactions may be rejected.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a withdrawal request is verified, the transfer is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at 77bd, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and can start playing with a total of ৳2,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which will be listed on the relevant promotion page.
• If any irregular or suspicious betting behavior is detected for the purpose of earning a bonus, 77bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts, or attempting to claim a bonus by coordinating with other users, is prohibited.

4.3 VIP Program

The 77bd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Tier changes are based on a user's gaming activity. 77bd reserves the right to modify VIP terms at its own discretion, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

77bd ensures a fair play policy across all games. The games used on our platform are operated on independently tested random number generator (RNG) technology.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to influence game outcomes using any software, bot, script, or automated method.
• Using multiple accounts or identities for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Exploiting any technical flaw in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to determine game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Using hacking, malware, or any other harmful method.

5.3 Bets & Cricket Betting

Bets placed in the sports betting section depend on the outcome of the relevant match. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. If a match or event is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, the related bet will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.

Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned; however, in cases of terms violations, all funds may be forfeited.
